KratosMail - email marketing system
In any economic climate, good or bad, it is important to keep in contact with your clients. Sending targeted email newsletters or advertising has become increasingly popular - and for good reason. It is an extremely cost-effective way to keep in regular contact with your client base.
Whether you have a website yet or not, you are able to use KratosMail. It is a stand-alone product that you can access via a web browser.

Personalisation and scheduling
The beauty of KratosMail is that you can personalise these emails and even schedule when KratosMail sends them. Whatever information you have captured on your database, we can personalise into the email. For example, you have clients? names, addresses and birthdays. It could read something like:
Hi Julie,
We have just opened a new store in Kumeu and we knew that you?d want to be told about it! We are offering all of our clients 10% off store-wide this month.
And don?t forget, as always, you get 10% off in January (including specials) ? as a wee birthday gift from us to you.
Tracking
KratosMail keeps on working even once the messages have been sent. KratosMail tracks how many people open the message and when. It even tracks which links they click on. Information like this is great to help fine-tune future email campaigns for things like:
- Which day and time people open your messages
- Which links need to be improved to increase click-through rates.
This data can then be downloaded for further analysis.
Subscribing and unsubscribing
Subscribing to your email database can be as easy as filling in a form on your website. When someone subscribes using this form, their details are automatically added to your database, stored in KratosMail. Or, you can add entries directly into the KratosMail interface.
Unsubscribing is easy too, with a clickable link appearing at the bottom of each email sent through the KratosMail system. The details are automatically deleted from your database.
