THE PROCESS /

My role focused on co-design support, large-scale asset production, email and web campaign systems, and building creative workflows that helped the wider team manage production more efficiently.

This included reusable templates, Adobe asset libraries, workflow organisation, image management systems, and scalable processes that supported consistent creative output across multiple brands and campaigns.

THE CHALLENGE /

Redesigning three e-commerce websites with more than 1000 images per site meant maintaining consistency while keeping production moving efficiently across web, email, and campaign channels.

THE RESULT /

The result was a more scalable and organised creative workflow that helped the team manage high-volume asset production while supporting major redesigns and platform migrations.

The new systems improved consistency across brands, reduced production friction, and helped creative delivery keep pace with the demands of a fast-moving e‑commerce environment.
